Abstract

Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) can be an important area in terms of artificial intelligence as it puts deep learning systems into working for the recognition of emotions from speech. Developments in Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) are becoming a flourishing branch of research in human-computer speech interaction enhancement.
