Speed Control of DC Motor Using Extended Kalman Filter Based Fuzzy PID
Keywords:
DC motor, Extended kalman filter, fuzzy PIDAbstract
In this paper, extended Kalman filter (EKF) is
used for online optimization of input and output membership
functions (MFs) of Mamdani fuzzy PID controller. The
proposed controller is employed for controlling the separately
excited DC motor. The simulation results show that the fuzzy
PID controller with online optimization has better efficiency
than classic PID controller and fuzzy PID controller with fixed
membership functions.
